Chapter 33

***SUMMER'S POV***

Matteo is crazy, a fucking psychopath and the fuck fact that he thinks I am going to do as he says even makes him the more delusional.

As I grab the cell Gunner had given to me, I dial his number.

Matteo's blade is still at the edge of my neck as we wait for Gunner to pick up. He doesn't reply which I am grateful for that.

"He is not responding," I say evidently.

"Well, fucking keep trying, if I don't hear from your fucking friend, I would kill you and toss your body to them," he threatens.

I close my eyes, the threat causing me to panic.

"You wouldn't," I yell staring at Matteo.

Without waiting for a response, he walks out and I don't know where he is going, but a few minutes later, Matteo badges into the room with Spike and Bear.

They are barking and as I watch them draw closer to me, fear causes me to go into a panic attack.

"Don't bring them closer to me," I cry out as I watch him lead Spike towards me.
