THIRD PERSON'S POV

It wasn't like Calan hadn't known there'd be repercussions for drinking just as little alcohol as he had consumed earlier, he had known but he hadn't cared and he till didnt; he had no regrets. He had returned to the office and had continued his activities hoping that he could drown himself in his work and forget all about what had been discussed with Michael.

However, he soon begun feeling the dull ache in his chest and the nauseous dizziness that came with either not taking his drugs or consuming something was wasn't supposed to. Of course he had ignored it, but he eventually had to ask his secretary to alert the doctor when he begun to sweat profusely and his vision begun to blur, not to mention that his body begun to tremble.

In short, he had spent the day at the hospital, and it was only when the doctor had been convinced that he was stable did he let him leave.
