Christopher had just finished with one of his usual disgusting session with Amber and was lying on the bed when he got a message. He unwrapped his arms from around Amber's sleeping body, turned over and reached for the device charging on his side table.

Subtle sun light bounced on the screen of his phone, peaking through cracks of the window's blinds.

The male picked up his phone and checked the message. He clicked on it and read through it.

[Job done. I'll be expecting payment soon.]

The words were simple and plain yet Christopher knew what it meant.

He had planted a temporary spy in Roxanne's company just a few days ago and it was him who planted the box of Photo in Roxanne's office when she wasn't around.

The side of his lips curved up into a leering smirk, making the male look more detestable despite his handsome features.

The time for punishing those traitors have come. He thought, his mind momentarily going back to the moment he had learnt Lance was the one Roxanne was having an
