Chapter Forty-Two

The whole place was almost dark as soon as I opened my eyes and I noticed i was in Blake's room. He was standing close to the mirror as I sat up on the bed and yawned.

"It's evening. How was your rest?"

I was slightly offended that he didn't do anything when I almost lost my life drowning.

"I could have died..."

He cut in. "Yes, you could have died if I didn't save you," He continued as he picked up a wine from the table and poured it's contents into a wine glass. "You would have certainly died if I didn't save you. You should be happy I saved you." He added.

I was surprised by his attitude.

When did he change into being the rude Alpha I knew? "Thank you for saving me."

He slowly sipped his wine with a smile on his face. "Alright, forgive me for teaching you the hard way but I internationally asked us to go to waterfall so I could teach you something," he paused and dropped the glass on the table.
