48. Jealous

ANDREI’S POV

“What do you mean she’s gone?” I asked Abel, confused.

“She’s gone! She has run away. She finally had enough of putting up with you, so she left! Are you happy now? You know that all of this is your fault, right?” Abel asked me

I wasn’t in the mood to listen to him pass the blame. “How do you know she’s gone?” I asked him.

Maybe she didn’t leave. Perhaps she’s hiding somewhere because she is still mad about yesterday?

“I haven’t seen her since morning. She left a note saying that she wanted to be left alone. I gave her the space she wanted, but I got suspicious after I hadn’t seen her all day. I went into her room, and she wasn’t there. She also took a few clothes with her. Do you still think that this isn’t your fault?” Abel asked me

“What was in the note she left you?” I asked Abel.

I tried to ignore the jealousy I felt when I heard that Anya had left a note for Abel, but I could not ignore that single action of hers.
