Chapter Twenty-seven

Tiana's POV.

It's time to talk.

"I..I came home yesterday to find her unconscious in the room.. So I... took her the hospital" I shuttered at first but corrected myself at the thought that everything I'm saying is being recorded and my tone of confidence would be noted.

I looked up at her after I discovered she wasn't responding. She was just staring and smirking at me. My nervousness grew bigger and I adjusted on the chair. She then took a huge breath and stood up.

"Okay then, how many of you live in the house?" She asked, wearing a slight frown to note the relevance of the question.

"My mum, Patricia the cook and I" I replied.

"Really? When we got to your house yesterday, we could not trace the whereabouts of Patricia, do you have any idea of where she is?" She questioned intelligently.

"No"
