Chapter 49 - I feel like I'm on top of the world but...

Anderson felt like he was seeing a whole new person. Avery was bubbling and glowing. She was wearing a white towel robe, her hair held in a messy bun, her smile was like heaven, and he wondered how she was able to wake up so early.

Oh, the massage worked so she felt more relaxed and energetic. He was still in a daze when Avery brought the food on a tray toward him. “Eat up and get ready or we’ll be late to work.”

Where from the bossy attitude? Well, it was sexy. Anderson glanced at the oatmeal with sweet berries on the tray and his stomach rumbled. He wanted to wake up earlier to surprise her but who knew that she was rather going to make up the surprise? “You asked Nancy to make oatmeal?”
