Reaching the front gates of her uncle's house, the car came to stop. Mystique sighed for the nth time since she left Damien's mansion.
"Are you not going to tell me what that person is planning?" Mystique couldn't help but ask Archer who happened to be her driver.
"The boss knows what he is going on, whatever he does now is to protect you and the future" Archer answered in a steely tone, Mystique was taken back by how hard and emotionless his voice sounded which gave her more hint that whatever Damien was happening was not good.
"I am not a child that needs protecting!" Mystique spatted and was about to leave when Archer's voice stopped her.
