Damon had not returned from the meeting room. Bella did not know why, but she did not want to return to the meeting room to check up on them. It was possible that they had gotten the whiff of her scent while she had been there but avoided it thinking it was no big deal considering she was living here. Bella woke up with an extremely calm mind and painless hand, thankfully. The throbbing in her elbow had completely disappeared. That calmness in her mind lasted for about ten minutes as after waking up she kept laying in the same spot while staring up at the ceiling with utmost interest.
