Fragments of Knowledge I

His words echoed like the reflection of water. He never even batted an eye for that little moment, and I can see my reflection in his eyes, proving that he is still carrying my soul.

He pulls his hands away from my skin, and the warmth that had practically melted my skin with tingles abruptly disappeared.

He appears in my vision like some kind of blinding light, enveloping me in a universe I've never experienced, just when I've been feeling the most alone.

I was never even aware that these creatures existed or the reason for what had occurred to me.

I turned away from his silhouette to look around. We were in the same room, standing next to this table, among books that were both dangling and steadily perched on the bookcases.

I knew one thing. With this young man standing directly next to me, my chest felt constricted for some reason, just like the mist that abruptly vanished with a snap of his fingers and immediately emerged in front of us.
