Chapter 65: Chloe Prepares to Move
Chloe rolled over and moaned groaning against the world and all it threw at her. She needed to get out of this town. Everything around her was falling apart. She pulled herself out of bed and shut off the alarm. It was 6:30 am. She grabbed her gym bag out of the master closet and headed to the YMCA. She swam five miles and took a quick shower at the gym then headed home to change for work. She stopped at Starbucks and ordered a skinny caramel macchiato, and she gave the name Norma. The guy who called ‘Norma' raised his eyebrows when she picked up her drink.
"Thanks, Dave." She said with a grin even though his nametag incorrectly said, Sam.
