Chapter 70: Chloe Goes Shopping
Chloe woke up still in her robe in the middle of the night escaping yet another nightmare. This one was fading quickly thankfully. All she could remember of it were remnants of the person at the bar, black roses everywhere and blood, lots of blood. She went to get up and noticed that Liam was next to her sprawled out in his boxer briefs looking gorgeous fast asleep.

When Chloe woke up the next morning Liam was gone, and so were the handcuffs. She pulled herself together, took a shower, got dressed in one of the few outfits she had left out then grabbed her phone off the charger now fully charged and left for work.
