Nick’s gaze landed on Ryan, he had never seen that face before; but he could tell just from the looks that Gonzalez wasn’t just an ordinary individual, the two hefty men that stood behind him confirmed his suspicions. He looked at Julia then shifted his gaze to Diana; none of them responded to his request and they were looking rather surprised.

“Diana would you mind giving me a drink, I’m kinda dehydrated right now.” He tried again, staring at Diana with a soft smile on his face.

Diana flickered her eye lashes, and looked at Julia; she hadn’t forgotten the promise she made even during all these commotion. She had promised Julia that she’d ignore Nick; Diana expected Julia to quickly chip something in during the moment of her ignorance, but Julia remained silent. Instead Gonzalez was the one who spoke.

“Do you wish to drink or you want to be thrown out in the blistering cold?” He asked, blowing hot air at Nick’s direction; he then chuckled, he wasn’t expecting all these to happen on
