Episode 23

Dina's POV

Drawing nearer to a face that was touching the sky, the thick smell of burning wood filled the air. My head which felt too heavy for my body to carry initially, slowly lifted from the ground and rolled backward to meet the heavens. Little puffs of smoke swam in the air, more of them followed from the fenced spot.

"Wow! That must be one huge campsite." My mouth dropped to the ground.

It wasn't everytime that I saw that much smoke. When it was camping season and everyone was out in the mini woods, things like that are likely to be seen in the air. But not so far a distance from where we were, I noticed there was not one electric pole, nor the cables running from one pole to the other, that shows anyone there's this thing called civilization. You could only see giant trees looming over you, just like the strange Whadh that had to stop, scowling down at me.
