Chapter ninety-six

It was another morning with clear blue skies and mild sunshine. I woke up next to Matthew. He hugged me tightly while my whole body was in his embrace. Matthew woke up late and slept more and more. He liked the feeling of holding me to sleep until he wanted to wake up before waking up, perhaps he had infected my bad habit.

As soon as I opened my eyes to wake up, Matthew's handsome face appeared right in front of my eyes. His nose was very straight, normally he had a strong appearance with tough lines on his face. In particular, he often frowned, making him seem unapproachable. When he sleeped, the muscles in his face relax, making his face appear much more harmonious.

I loved looking at Matthew's handsome face but I'd love to see his angry expression when I woke him up.

"Matthew." I softly called his name.

He had no reaction at all.
