Chapter one hundred and nineteen

When Matthew and I got out of the car, we saw a maid come out the door. As soon as she looked at us, that maid immediately showed a worried expression and ran right over to us as if something terrible was about to happen.

"What's wrong? Why do you have to run so fast?" Matthews asked the maid, looking displeased. Although Matthew didn't blame me every time I ran around, that didn't mean he wouldn't blame others. He was born into a wealthy family and lived an almost aristocratic lifestyle. From a young age he learned the rules about everything, including an important rule to be elegant when walking and standing, not to run around.
