Chapter twenty nine

The misunderstandings between me and Matthew seemed to have been resolved. After breakfast, a driver drove me to school. I had never seen this driver before. Did Matthew just hire him? I didn’t know and I didn't ask him either. Hiring a new driver was no big deal for Matthew.

I didn't think much of it, I just got in the car and let him take me to school. As Matthew said, the driver dropped me off at a location far from my school, and I had to walk a long way to get there. But that was the only way that I wouldn't be noticed by others.

Before getting out of the car, I reminded the driver that when I called him to come pick me up. He just needed to wait for me at the exact place he dropped me off.

Since today was the first day of admission procedures, a lot of students came to the school. Along the way, I saw many smiling faces, I couldn't help but smile too.
