As early as four the next morning, Leon was awake. He had sent a message to his footman to prepare his carriage as they would have a long journey ahead of them today.

He put on his clothings and got set before going to see Delilah.

He knocked twice before pushing the door open. The door being open meant that she was awake and just as he had thought, she really was awake.

She was seated at the edge of her bed and as soon as she saw him, she stood to her feet with a small smile on her face. "I knew you were going to come see before leaving,"

"That was why you left the door open,"

She nodded. "Of course. That was why. I need to speak to you about something,"

"Sure."

"Apparently, someone was in the courtroom when you were having a conversation with your Beta. You are being spied on."

"What?" Leon asked in shock. "Who was that? Has he been caught?"

"Calm down, honey," Delilah smiled. "After discovering he was the one, I sent one of the warriors after
