BLADE’S POV

“Don’t you fucking dare lay a finger on her.”

I growled out to the wolves as they tried to touch Evanora at my mother’s command. noticing the seriousness in my voice, they all stepped back, slowly loosening their grip on Evanora.

“Blade!” my mum exclaimed, rushing towards me. “What are you doing? Her people got you captured and now you’re trying to protect her?”

“They didn’t capture me, mother,” I replieto d her. “I voluntarily surrendered myself to them and I’m here alive, am I not?”
