Book 4: Chapter 49-Visitor

Tristan’s gaze followed the young woman who entered the bathroom in wonder. He didn’t know what he had said earlier and she was angry. He asked but Jade didn’t want to say it. He just lay down on her bed and decided to rest first. He didn’t sleep well last night and he was busy all day.

Annoyed, Jade stared at herself from the mirror. She didn’t understand who she was upset with. Is it to herself or to Tristan? She washed her face again because she looked like she was just teasing while staring at herself.

“I’m not jealous!” she told herself defensively when her guilt tempted her.

“Ssshh, I’m losing my mind again because of this man!” she whispered and decided to go out.

She stopped walking when she came out of the bathroom and when she saw Tristan, he was lying on the bed but only half his body was on the bed. His feet are hanging on the floor and he is still wearing shoes. She suddenly felt sorry for the man. It was obvious that he was tired and couldn’t fix himself in bed. He wa
