'What the fuck?' Wendy's mouth hung open.

Matteo removed his helmet to reveal his lazy grin.

Did he think this was a joke?

'Are you out of your mind?' Wendy whispered. 'You didn't just drive into Louis' compound, did you?'

'Well I'm here in flesh, babe. Can I at least get a seat?' Matteo asked.

'You are crazy.' She looked up and saw that the man who had opened the gate was still looking at them. 'Do you want to die? Do you want to get me killed as well? What the hell are you doing here? If Louis sees you in here, we are both dead meat.'

'Chill, relax, don't stress this. Does he not know we are friends?'

'Hey, hey.' She pointed at his face. 'We are not friends. Not anymore. You called me a slut. And what the hell are you doing here? What is this drama for?''

'I came to apologize.' He tried holding her.

She slapped off his hands. 'Do not touch me. Let your mouth do the speaking.'

'I was out of line. I just was scared for you. Louis is evil. I was concerned that you were falling for him.
