Xavier's bad side

Rachael's POV.

Mr gruffy had been fired!

I didn't doubt Xavier a bit when he said he was going to deal with him, but I didn't know it was going to happen so fast.

I thought I was going to be transferred to another place entirely, but I was transferred to another room instead. It was a private room. At first, I enjoyed it, but after 2 days, I felt like I was losing my mind. Not being with anyone gave me more room to think, about how much of a mess I was in. Sometimes, I felt the need to scream out in pain and anger to take my anger on the universe due to how it landed me in this mess.

“Anderson" I heard a voice. I hadn't even realized when the door to the room was opened. I stayed in my bed as I turned my head to look at the officer.

It was time.

“It's time," he said and I gulped. What if Xavier's plan didn't work out?
