I walked dazily to my car and as I drove off, tears rolled down my cheeks.

I was too caught up in my emotions yesterday that I forgot what I had done.

I wiped my tears but they would not stop pouring.

I slept with my twin sister's husband when she just came out from the hands of death.

What kind of a person am I?

How could I even think of betraying Lauren like this?

I think it was time I left and she came back to her rightful place before things gets out of hand.

I got to the company and to my office.

"Where did you go? Where have you been? I have been so worried about you." Caden worriedly said.

I looked at him and did not say anything.

I brushed past him and went to my desk. Just as I got to my desk, I felt a sharp pain in my abdomen.

I winced lightly and held my stomach.

The pain came again and I could not help but wince loudly this time around.

Caden ran up to me and held my shoulders.

"Lauren, what is it? Are you okay?" He asked worriedly.
