I led the way as Tessa and Lily left. Just as we were about to enter the elevator, Lily slipped and I quickly caught her in my arms.

We both stared intently at each other for a while, it was like a scene from a cliche romance drama.

"Uhm...sorry. Thank you," She said nervously and quickly stood up on her feet.

She arranged her skirt properly and bent her head as if she could not stare at me.

"Yeah," I said and nodded my head.

"What are you doing? Come in," Tessa said to Lily as she stopped the elevator from going closed.

"You go ahead, I'll stop here and head back to the office." I told them and left.

I don't even know why I said I wanted to see them off when they didn't come here for business.

I guess maybe it was because I was attracted to Lily.

I didn't want to be judgemental yet that she is friends with Tessa. I wanted to hope that she will be different and that she would be a nice person too.

I smiled as I went back to the office.
