Even though the voice was lazy and uninterested, it held a sense of domination, pride, power, and elegance. And his words held utter disrespect toward Austin. When Abigail started standing up for herself, she said nothing only stood there observing as if she knew Abigail was capable of defending herself. He liked their friendship. He even envied their friendship for a second.
