132. NOT A PERFECT LOVE STORY PART III

“ Apologies alpha.” I said to him. I turned, the large sloth floating behind me. We went to the banks of the lake. It petrified me to no end but I would have to skin and clean the large animal.

Why had I picked such a giant, when would I finish? I did not know what to use to skin it. I looked around. I did not want to use my magical skills because I felt like it was cheating. I found a large stick then sharped it using a rock but it wasn’t as sharp to pierce through the thick skin. There was nothing than to use my magical skills which left it as sharp as a knife.

I sat down and began my work. Each stab I made left me shaking. Blood spread all over my body. My hands were shaking and my mental health was being tested.

I wanted to vomit so many times, swallowing and telling myself it would all be over soon. My hands moved as fast as they could until I was done. The skin was set aside. Water rose from the lake, spilling on the skinned animal with the blood washed away. I cleaned it over
