“You know what, you’re really confusing.” Eve stared at Shia who was swinging her legs at the side of the chair. She had her feet hanging on one side while leaning back on the other. Unlike her, she wasn’t that much drunk.
Shia continued, “you already let him kissed you. And you kissed him too! You even thought of offering your body to him. But why can’t you let him marry you?! I know you still love him, Eve! Why?!”
She was really so drunk. So drunk that she cannot stop blurting just anything. It had been a week already since she last saw Lucas. She thought she might see him. But he never appeared before her anymore.
