The death of the alpha of the Red Crescent pack had spread fast across the basin, and many came in to console Arya who could barely hold herself together, she had cried the whole morning, and not even Emily was able to restore her faith that everything was going to be okay, her eyes were sore red and every time she looked at Leo’s body, the more tears streamed down her cheeks.

“It is going to be okay; I don’t know how well I can put this, or how I can console you or make you feel better but I am going to be here for as long as you want, Leo is gone, I know it is the hard truth to say but that is the reality,” Emily said to her and Arya just nodded amidst tears, she was sobbing uncontrollably but Emily was there for her, calming her down.

“You don’t understand Em, we just spoke this morning, had a long chat with him and he even asked to hold Rowena and you know…when he said he was dying…I thought he was overreacting and I assumed, I went to the bathroom and on coming back, he was gone…
