As soon as the mate bond broke and Seraphina became Lilith in wolf form, the power and responsibility of me being king returned as the one I passed it to was no longer able to fulfill that duty. I was okay to start with but I haven't been myself lately; I have been out hunting a lot and when I find a rogue; it doesn't matter if it is vampire or werewolf. There is never much left of them after Caleb is finished. I know the blood moon is coming. I feel the pull of it, the pull of power, the pull to power, to kill while drinking and taking any power I can get, but I have been fighting it as much as I can. I nearly failed last night. He was walking along the dark and empty street, looking for some sort of prey. With all the attacks happening lately there wasn't many people out after dark. He doesn't go out much as its dangerous for him to be out on his own, he has enemies everywhere. Covered in a long black hooded cape he moves to the shadows. He wasn't hungry and he wasn't looking for a fight he was trying to find... Well he didn't know, he was drawn out night after night for the last two weeks. Something was happening or going to happen but he couldn't place what it was.He is cruel, ruthless, unforgiving, relentless and coldhearted. SERAPHINA POVHi, let me introduce myself my name is Seraphina Amara Wolfe or Sera for short, I have just turned 18 and I am a werewolf. I have fire red hair, blue eyes that turn gold when my wolf Lilith come to the front. I'm not very tall at around 5'2, I am quite slim as I have been living on the run since I was 3 and haven't been getting enough food, I find just enough to survive if that's what life is. DOMINIC POVIts been 3 days, I ended up getting the clan doctor to have a look at yesterday as she didn't seem to be getting any better. I knew that rogue had take some of her blood, I just didn't realise exactly how much. The doc put her on a drip and said she was actually very close to death. I could give her my blood but the doc and I don't know what that will do to her, so I just have to wait and let the drip do its work.I've have done a lot of reading these past few days, there is a few references towards mates in the very old books but nothing concrete. I wish I could talk to my parents about it as they were mates. From what I've found there is more about mates in the werewolf history then in the vampire history, a wolf can smell their mate and tell from little electric sparks that results from them touching. A vampire on the other hand takes a little longer, the mate must thaw their frozen heart before the mate bond will take affect. See a lot of vampir

DOMINIC POVIts been 2 weeks since I've been here, I have fixed he rogue problem and helped a couple of the other clans in the area with some different training techniques so they could stay on top of the rogues. The other matter well that is taking a lot longer to sort out, originally it was just a simple land expansion but now I'm not so sure. Phoenix is doing his best to keep everyone calm but I'm finding the longer I am away from my mystery woman the more agitated I am getting and it really doesn't make sense.I can't allow anyone to know about her yet, if my enemies found out about any sort of weakness in me or my kingdom they would deferentially take advantage of it. I don't even know what she is to me yet Caleb still wont tell me anything, he says I must work it out for myself otherwise the outcome will not be by choice. I go to get out of bed and that is when I realise that there is an arm wrapped around my waist. I stop moving as the arm pulls me closer and holds me tighter, I turn my head just a little and see the most handsome man I have ever laid my eyes on. Lilith is doing something in the way of a howl, a growl and a purr, not that I knew wolves could purr, at the fact a man is holding us without our permission.
