Thirty Four

Faith was hearing some noise outside the gate and tried to get out of her room while limping to see what was going on. It seemed to be a lot of noise and she could only hope it was not some armed robbers. But what kind of robbers would rob in the morning? She laughed at her own joke and finally made it to the gate and peeped through. What she saw amazed her? 

The press? What were they doing there? She turned around to go and call the attention of her boss even though she was as slow as a snail because of her ankle which had not gotten any better. Finally, she made it to the door post of her boss and had raised her hand to knock when he opened the door.
