I heard Noah growel 'mine' to Adam who was still holding the door open with his bandaged up hand. That was the last I heard because Adam shut the door and all I could hear were angry muffled voices.
I tried to get as close as possible to the window to hear but between the music playing in the back of the limo and the hustle and bustel of outside, I was shocked I could even make out their voices. They sound like the teachers on Charlie Brown.
The door opened and my head fell into someone's pelvis. Hearing Adam curse I assume I hit his balls. Luckily he was right there or I would have fallen to the ground I was so pressed up against the car door.

Coming back from Vegas with an enormous engagement ring on my left hand was surreal. I was terrified to move, thinking I'll knock it into something and chip it. Or worse - break it! Noah checked us into a king sized suite on the top floor. I kept my head down even in the elevator. I was lucky the bellhop was coming with us or I think my punishment would have started there.
