Sorry Not Sorry

For once yoga was peaceful.

What was different? Adam wasn't in class this morning. It was divine.

I'm convinced that if I wore one of those fancy smart watches I'm sure my heart rate would peak whenever him or Noah were near. But right now I was enjoying the last few moments of Shavasinya before getting ready for the workday.

My office door, which I usually keep closed when I leave for the night, was ajar. Nothing seemed out of place and there wasn't anyone inside. But there was a large Starbucks coffee waiting for me. It was hot too, so it must have been fresh. No note either.

"You do know it's dangerous to accept drinks from strangers, right?" Adam leaned against my doorway in a sky blue large sweater, jeans, and a white t-shirt, holding his own cup of coffee from Starbucks. I know who to thank now, but that's never going to happen.

"I do, but I doubt anyone would roofie a coffee? Wouldn't they counteract one another?" I sat down sippi

just saying, the eat a whole pizza comment as the closing sentence was great.

I am enjoying this book. It actually flows well and doesn’t make me feel like I’m missing a big chunk of important info about the characters.
