Liv's POV

Max left my hands immediately and opened his eyes in shock. He held his hand in front of him and saw the dark red blood stain on his hand and he slowly backed away from me. His eyes had stopped glowing, he was back to his senses.

He looked at Callum, and then to Ryder and he slowly turned to me. His mouth moved, but words didn't come out.

There was no explanation, he had simply lost control.

"And that's what happens each time you let your emotions get to your fucking head!" Callum gritted at Max. Max looked away and opened his closed fists. His lips parted in confusion and eyebrows furrowed remorsefully about what he had done.

“I’m sorry” he said slowly. The look of desperation in his eyes read if i didnt accept his apology, he might pass out from the guilt. “I didn’t mean to. It was my wolf__” he shook his head. “No i shouldnt have, forgive me Liv, i dont know what the fuck came over me”
