Amerie’s Apology

Days had gone by and Nathan had gotten better with Brixlee by his side to offer her support. A week later he was back at the office and business was running smoothly again. Tyler on the other hand had been going to countless of dates just to find the one and unfortunately, he hasn’t. Brixlee had teased him a couple of times and he had finally given up on finding himself a girlfriend.

Nathan stood in his office, the city skyline stretching out beyond the glass walls. Brixlee hovered near his desk, a stack of papers in her hands.

He cleared his throat, catching her attention. "Brixlee, I have some news," he said, a tinge of excitement in his voice. "We've been selected to attend the business conference in New York this weekend."

Brixlee's eyes widened with surprise, her lips curling into a smile. "New York? That's amazing, Mr Grey! I've always wanted to visit the city."

Nathan nodded, his excitement mirrored in his eyes. "I thought it would be a great opportunity for us to expand
