When both Vanessa and Leonardo made eye contact with one another, Leonardo pulled his hand away all of a sudden. His movements were quick - it looked as if he was trying to avoid some sort of poison that was on Vanessa's face.

Both Khloe and Mr lawson saw everything that Leonardo had done to Vanessa, and their minds were completely blown.
