Chapter 30: The Out of Town

Russell’s POV

“You know this is kidnapping.”

Daniel laughed at what I said, like I was making fun of him. I didn’t want to leave but was still here and forced to come with him. I don’t get the idea that we’re going to Batangas. He dragged me here against my will.

“How could this be a kidnapping?” Daniel chuckled. “You’re no longer a child and now my wife.”

“But still coming in here is against my will.” I thought.

“We are almost there.”

Daniel ignored what I said. We turned left and drove into a big farm. There are many horses all around that farm. I frowned, and I quickly opened the window. I breathed in the cold, fragrant air when I opened the window.

“Are we on a farm?” I quickly looked at Daniel and then returned to looking out the window.

Daniel didn’t answer. Instead, the car stopped. “Let’s go.” I heard Daniel say.

I exited the car and ran to the fence, where horses ran fast. I couldn’t believe that this place was a ranch.

“How are you, Daniel?”
