I stared at myself in the mirror for a very long time. The beautiful woman who looked back at me seemed to have everything, beauty, confidence, and even an appeal that had managed to attract the Lycan King himself. I kept asking myself what I was lacking, I was Elisa, but in a way, she was so much better than me. While dressed like this, I felt strong. I didn't have to worry about Lucille hurting me because she had announced to the entire kingdom that I was her friend, a lie I knew would come back to bite her in the back eventually. But it had gained me respect, I found that for the first time in my life, I wasn't treated like trash.

And while I knew what I did with Killian might get me killed, I couldn't deny how good I had felt. The way he had held me as our bodies moved together, both chasing our pleasure, it was a feeling I could get addicted to.
