"Warriors, go get her!" Kelley's sharp command mixed with the sound of the alarm bells, piercing the night sky like a call to death.

Harper looked out the window and saw werewolves coming at her from all directions. They were all supposed to be her companions, and the people commanding them were supposed to be her sister.

Now, all of them have become enemies of her.

The fate of being captured by them was obvious. The warriors would have her in the dungeon, and the judge would have her on trial for treason and murder for harming the great Alpha Carter.

To have grown up here for 18 years has been like a complete fraud. There was never any real acceptance or need for her here.

Harper forced herself to calm down. Now was not a good time to be sad. She had to get out of here, otherwise, it would be a dead end for her. Before the warriors rushed up, she quickly jumped out of the window.
