Chapter 39

David’s POV.

Rachel and I left for school, and while driving, I decided to tease Rachel a little. Whenever she is upset, it makes me happy; her annoyed looks alone can tear my intestines apart with laughter.

“You didn’t dress so flashy today.” I spoke out, but my attention was still on the road.

“What do you mean?” She asked, looking at my face.

I think she wants a plain answer.

“You didn’t dress to seduce me.” I looked at her and turned back to the road. I was sure that would make her annoyed.

“I have never dressed to seduce you; you are the one who chose to be seduced.” She spat back at me, and from the way she sounded, I am sure she was pissed.

“You can dress this way all the time from now on, so I can have my peace.” I suggested it and smirked at her.

She looked so infuriated already; she said I shouldn’t tease her more and we should drive in silence. With a commanding voice.

“Ms., you won’t tell me what to do or what not to do; I can decide when to talk about anything.” I replie
