Laura's POV.

"You did great out there honey." Darren muttered, his fingers entwined with mine.

The meeting had just been concluded and I have no idea where I have such guts from, I've been so fearless and bold that everyone was shocked, that includes my mate.

I've told everyone that having my name imprinted on dead werewolves is not enough to tag me as a murderer, anyone could have done that, it's a simple step and they can't accuse me based on that fact.

To add spice to the issue at hand, I went as far as accusing some of the elders, especially the one that's the root cause of all these shits, it can be him. He doesn't like me a bit so he might kill some of the werewolves and put the blame on me in order to prove his point and give me a murderer tag.
