Thirty - Eight

BECCA:

I stared at Victor with mixed feelings; fear and anger. How dare he mark me without my permission. I was more scared of what Aurora had said earlier. If one of them marked me first the rest were going to die.

“Why did you do that?!” I shouted at him, my anger exploding all about.

“You don't want me to Mark you? Why? Because of Collins?!” He growled at me and I slapped his face which sent it to the side and made a growl escape his mouth. I knew he was fighting against his will to shed my blood, I saw it in his eyes.

Before he could say a word, I walked out, holding my neck. I ran home and met my mom at the counter about to prepare lunch.

“Mom, Victor marked me!” Tears built in my eyes, I was scared for real. I was scared for Ezra and Reid. I already wished to speak to them cause I might never see them again. If Ezra and Reid die, what's gonna happen to me? To Alex. To the pack. I knew that nothing would remain the same if the two of them died.
