Growing up, I had always been scared of her. She always preferred Alex and Reid over me. She hated me. I would tell my dad but he would always tell me she loved me. I knew deep inside of me that she hated me because I wasn't brave like Reid and Ezra, I was more conservative, quiet, funny, flippant, and playful.

She once told me I wasn't fit to be Alpha and I would be the Beta of my brothers but dad forbade that. Since we had one wolf, we had to be Alphas. I didn't have the love of a mother growing up, this is the reason I loved Becca’s mom, she was always asking about me and caring for me. I didn't like how Becca talked to her because she was just being a mother to me and I loved her that way.
