Era had been pacing back and forth for about an hour. It seemed that her legs weren't tired, as her whole body was in waves of emotions. The urge to destroy Oscar's things in her room briefly crossed her mind, but she refrained from doing so. She didn't want to see her room in disarray, it would only make her headache worse.

There was nothing Era could do now but be patient. She realized that taking out her feelings on Oscar's things was not the right thing to do. She was convinced that it would be better to direct her feelings directly at Oscar.

Her footsteps stopped. Era looked at the door and wondered when Oscar would arrive. It was almost one in the morning, but there was still no sign of Oscar's arrival.

Era stared at the door with narrowed eyes, a hint of doubt creeping into her mind. Was it possible that Oscar wouldn't come?
