Alaric's POV

“Damn it Alaric how many more shots did you take while we were away!” Jay scolded, shoving my arm lightly. Why were they acting like I was a kid and I couldn’t drink as much as I wanted?

That was their business though, I planned to had more drinks.

I let out a semi-hysterical laugh.

“Well you guys shouldn't have left!” I sang. If they actually did not want me to drink this much why did they leave all alone. It was all on them.

Jay shook his head and lifted his hand to call on Mike who was somewhere in the bar hitting on females.

“Mike!” Jay shouted when the man didn't see his hand signal.

I rested my head on the bar and a delusional smile appeared on my lips. The warmness of the alcohol embraced every inch of my being, creating a beautiful, intoxicating feeling inside me. I was so happy that I was able to down shot after shot during the time Jay went to the bathroom, I chuckled, reveling in this euphoric state.
