At 2:48:45 in the afternoon at 7 pounds 16 ounces and 21 inches, Destiny was perfect. Killian held the tiny green-eyed child and smiled at the barley visible red hair on her head. Crystal was resting after being in labor for six hours so he had this time alone with her. He held her in his arms and was so scared of hurting her. She was so small and frail and she curled up against his chest as he held her. He knew he would do any and everything to keep her safe. This tiny child was now his world. Since the treaty of the packs was signed, it was agreed that once a year, the packs would come together for one grand ball to honor the treaty. There was an old castle up in the mountains that was dedicated for the event. The old couple who lived there were more than willing and happy to host such an event.
