Search for answers: part one

ALICIA'S P.O.V

I was seated on a sofa chair in the sitting room of my house with a few pictures of the memories me and Eddie had with my late mother from when I was only about five years old.

Even though many years have passed, I still miss her. I remember her singing me to bed almost every night and most nights she would always tell me about these beautiful stories. At times the stories were hideous and the rest of the time they were full of beauty.

I still remember how I yearned for more and the sad face I made each moment I got disappointed.

"Such memories," I whispered.

I was currently staring at the photo she and Eddie took with me on a horse. That was the first time I visited the zoo. At sight of the picture I got a flashback of all that took place that noon. I remember pulling Eddie's by the pants to get his attention and when I pointed at the horse I could sense my mom smiling at me.
