Chapter 244

Alexa's POV…

The day ended with Alpha Carl apologizing to Logan and I for the intended attack. He also wished us the best in our union before retreating with the Crescent Moon soldiers. Logan had a short meeting with the elders where they planned Vader's execution date and also agreed to free the soldiers who confessed and send them back to the Blue Scorpion pack. There was not enough time to discuss much, so we fixed another meeting, but for the first time I'd been in this pack, the elder's faces weren't filled with scowls as they saw me. Instead, I saw glints of pride and happiness on their faces. They were happy because I averted the war, and it made them change their perceptions of me.

The short meeting ended with Elder Andrew saying. "We will have to pause here, it's been a long day, and since we've discussed the basics, we will arrange another meeting to give honour to whom it is due." He passed a warm smile in my direction, and so did the other elders before they got up and le
