Alexa's POV…

**THE NEXT MORNING**

 

"I think I am strong now; I am sick of sitting on this bed, been lying down frequently these past few days," I complained, sitting up on the bed. 

 

All wounds disappeared, leaving a few scars. 

 

The wound on my head and feet healed up already, all thanks to Doctor Eva. 

 

She is indeed an efficient doctor, and I like her very much.

 

"You should sit back and wait for orders from Alpha Logan or Beta Simon. You still haven't fully recovered; you look pale and weak," Selina detected as she ran her hands through my face.

 

I slapped her hands off and rolled my eyes at her.

 

"I said I am perfectly okay; I am the one who owns my body, not you. I still have work to attend to. Besides, I have had enough rest for the past few weeks. It has been from one wound and treatment to another; it's really tiring. I am back on my feet and strong enough to serve Alp
