(Theia’s POV)

“What!” Dominic exclaimed. “I’m not going anywhere, not now.”

“You have to,” I said. “I saw you there, and it’s really important.” Dominic eyed me suspiciously.

“You saw me there?” he asked, and I shrugged.

“Well, not exactly, but I heard some of the warrior guys mention Sunset Rose pack.”

“That doesn’t prove that I was there,“ Dominic frowned. “Maybe I send warriors up.”

“That’s not the type of Alpha you are, and you know it.” We both looked over to the door where Leah was standing. “There is no way you would send men into a battle that you wouldn’t be willing to fight in yourself,” she said and I smiled at her. 

Dominic huffed and narrowed his eyes at me. 

“This isn’t your way of trying to get rid of me, so I don’t keep going on about the illness, is it?” he asked and I shook my head. The thought hadn’t even occur
