I stormed in through the doors of the building where my apartment used to be. The one owned by Mark Illington. I sold my apartment after I killed Mark for daring to hurt my mate. I wanted nothing to do with him and his family. But now I needed answers.

I didn’t care that it was now three in the morning. I had to have those answers. I had to know if what my sister was telling me was true.
